Graffiti Junktion has low development costs compared to the industry – $250,000 to $400,000.
Multiple markets are available for development. One benefit of getting in on the ground floor with emerging brands is the ability to pick and choose markets that fit the Graffiti success profile.
You should plan on 12 to 18 weeks to build your Graffiti Junktion restaurant once the lease is executed.
The franchise fee is $35,000 and the royalty rate is 5%.

Process to be a Franchise Owner

Restaurant experience required, multi-unit preferred, casual dining if possible.
Step 1: Submit a Franchise Application
Step 2: Initiate a Call with Graffiti Franchise Representative
Step 3: Receive Franchise Development Disclosure Document (return receipt)
Step 4: Submit additional information (resume, financials, etc.)
Step 5: Interviews & Visit to Cooperate Markets

What is the standard franchise fee?

The initial US franchise fee is $35,000 per unit for a standard Graffiti Junktion restaurant.

What is the standard royalty fee?

An ongoing royalty fee of 5% of net sales is due on a monthly basis.

What are the marketing and advertising fees?

Graffiti Junktion requires that a minimum of 4% of net monthly sales be spent by each franchisee for marketing purposes, which includes the national fund and co-op and/or local marketing initiatives.

What are the minimum financial requirements?

Depending upon the number of units you wish to open, you must have a minimum net worth of $250,000.

Does Graffiti provide training?

Yes, we provide initial training for the operator of 6-8 weeks. In addition, we continue to provide ongoing training for your operator and team.
